语言包 mirror 里没有, 只有这里:

这是能找到最新的, 可以从mirror 下 installer 然后加 zh-cn-langpack.
简体 windows 下安装程序肯定是乱码, 能不能装上要看运气, 我在失败3次后装上了. 用的倒没什么问题.
