FC3 如何美化字体?

刚刚装了FC3, 以前用开的Re d ha t 9下的美化包效果都不理想.
按FC3的稳当美化了fo n t ,胆是英文还是很差,
怎么办?

重新安装里面的freetype
然后把下面这段加到/etc/fonts/fonts.conf
[code:1]<match target="font">
<edit name="hinting" mode="assign">
<bool>true</bool>
</edit>
<edit name="autohint" mode="assign">
<bool>false</bool>
</edit>
</match>[/code:1]

但是上面的东西都下载了, 安葬的时候提示要倚赖 fontconfig ,
fontconfig 又要在哪里得到呢? !

我是直接装了FIREFLY的一个字体,完事,所有字体都OK了~

我用LINUX的目的可能和各位的不同，
我只是希望有个好的工作环境，要友好。
所以我现在SuSE了。

所以，如果不是所谓“玩家”的话，
我推荐大家用SuSE9.2
