为什么老是自相矛盾阿?

就象下面这种~
不光是小企鹅,别的都是这样~

# rpm -e fcitx-3.0.4-2mgc.i686.rpm
error: package fcitx-3.0.4-2mgc.i686.rpm is not installed
# rpm -ivh fcitx-3.0.4-2mgc.i686.rpm
Preparing...                ###########################################
      package fcitx-3.0.4-2mgc is already installed
