Debian Sarge即将发行

大家好！

好久没来了，真想这里。

Debian GNU/Linux 3.1（‘Sarge'）即将在6月初正式发行，

我有幸翻译了它的Release Notes(发布说明)，涵盖安装、升级、Sarge新特性、2.6内核相关问题等等，是一个比较重要的文件。

如果大家喜欢Debian，喜欢Sarge，喜欢Release Notes，就请看一看，顺便也帮助我校对一下，小弟先谢了！

翻译水平有限，许多地方生硬，希望大家提出宝贵意见。特别是新手（其实我也是新手），对于文档中不明白的地方请不吝提出，以便帮我把它修改得更通俗易懂。
