kernel 2.6 的进不了系统了

我的机器上有winxp,linux2.4,linux2.6,前些天2.6能正常工作,可今天2.6的却进不了,提示如下:
EXT2-fs : hdc8 : couldn't mount because of unsupported optional features(4)
kernel panic - not syncing : VFS : Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(22.8)

我的2.4还可打操作
那位大侠可以帮助我吗?

好像三块硬盘呀？
