hi all! newbie questions,plz h

i've just installed Magic Linux on my poor machine,found it beautiful and powerful. i like it very much and admire the developers' excellent work.
soon i got 2 problems as follows:
1. how to make Konqueror allow pop-up windows?
2. how to select Chinese character not shown on the first page?

设置->配置Konqueror->Java和Javascript页->Javascript页
将全局Javascript策略的第一项：
打开新的窗口选定为“允许”
