这是我换到 GNOME 2.10 下的截图
我在"首选项"->"字体"里，把"字体渲染"改成"单色"后，中文字正常了，英文没有了平滑，截图如下

fc默认没有 hinting，我好象在 freetype 主页上看到过，说是 freetype 里的一个 include/freetype/ftoption.h 里的一个 define 没有打开，可我看了一下 GNOME 2.10 里的这个文件，也是没有打开的，而 2.10 里就正常，我就郁闷了。
啥叫英文AA？反正是我喜欢我第二张图，也就是 2.10 那个抓图里的效果。我在单位里用 WINDOWS，字体也是选择圆滑字体边缘的，就是别人看来模模糊糊那样，呵呵
那就是说，我去找个 freetype 最新的，重编一个进来？
这才是王道 :D
另外，gtk、Pango、cairo跟freetype没啥关系。
我看我也没有什么办法了。
再说另外一个吧，aMule 和 xmms 的文字怎么会是乱码了呢？我原来一直用的都好好的，现在只好把 aMule 的语言改成了 E 文，可正在下载的文件名还是乱的，我就得连蒙还猜的。
不就是关掉中文的AA吗？

我就是通过 fontconfig 规则把 antialias 设成 false，AA就关了，很简单啊
只是对 pixelsize 随便怎么赋值，字体大小都没有变化，这个设定失效了。
