　　你的软件是在老版本的glibc上编译的 和你现在glibc不匹配
　　这个软件有源代码么 有的话自己编吧
问题是这个软件没有源代码．另外
pro/e的安装教程
他提示：
1、安装 csh wine
sudo apt-get install csh wine
2、安装 libmotif3 libstdc++2.10-glibc2.2
sudo apt-get install libmotif3 libstdc++2.10-glibc2.2
这里他好像安装了glibc2.2.可是这个版本在gentoo下好像没有．望能解决．

不知道那篇教程是不是对应于2.4内核的版本?
试试下面这句有没有用:roll:
export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.4.1
