Where can i find my newly inst

everytime i install a new software on redhat 8 ,i cannot find the index files like windows which willappear in the start menu.
Can anybody tell me the answer?Thanks

如果不指定目录rpm包一般安装在/usr/local/...下
或看看/usr/local/bin有没有启动文件。特殊情况特殊分析，呵呵。
