RR4 Linux 3.0b0 XGL Ed. unoffi

I am uploading the whole ISO on FTP mirrors @substation9.com and @amdplanet.com. By the way, the (slow) torrent is available on LinuxTracker.org. Official announcement, XDeltas, Videos and screenshots soon :). There are some new features and a lot of bugs fixes included (like install and boot on USB devices).
