为什么ntp包安装不了？急!

我服务器安装的是红旗linux3.0，我想安装ntp-4.1.2-0.rc1.2.i386.rpm，但是找到的是RedHatLinux9.5的ntp包，安装的时候提示
error: failed dependencies:                           
      libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.3)   is needed by ntp-4.1.2-0.rc1.2                                                            
      libcap is needed by ntp-4.1.2-0.rc1.2                                             
      libcap.so.1   is needed by ntp-4.1.2-0.rc1.2                                                   
      libreadline.so.4   is needed by ntp-4.1.2-0.rc1.2                                                         
      perl(Getopt::Std)   is needed by ntp-4.1.2-0.rc1.2
不知道该如何是好，想请高手兄弟们帮忙看一下!

我是用rpm -ivh ntp-4.1.2-0.rc1.2.i386.rpm这个命令执行的

rpm 的依赖问题。rpm 包大多是为特定系统编译打包的，不同系统不能混用。还是自己编译一个吧。

还有没有别的办法，或者有地方下载红旗Linux3.0的ntp包
