there are many types of shell. bash, tcsh, csh... which one u want to look at? you can find them from u source code cd, or download directly from their website. for example, u can find bash from http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/bash/.

and if u have interest on linux command utility, u may see busybox(http://www.busybox.net/).
