关于2.5.**内核的编译？有没有谁成功编译成功，安装成功，
我已经编译成功，安装成功，但是启动到了Upcompressing kernel.....OK,boot kernel....之后就不能显示，但是觉得应该内核已经运行了起来了，就是不能使用外设，所有的外设均失效，包括键盘鼠标，显示器，
高手们，有没有谁成功启动过呢？
另外听说是2.5以后的内核的模块加载方式进行了大的更改，需要更新insmod,但是我已经到了kernel.org 里面下载了最新的modutils-2.4.25.tar.gz并成功的安装了。为什么启动之后，还是一样的呢？ i compile 2.5.63 and run it well under my rh 7.3. can u try this version again? 以前也用过一些2.5的内核，但是全部都是同样的毛病，我想应该都是一样的吧。 who know, at least my experience is fine like many people. 我只编译过2.5.43，成功，不过nvidia驱动不知支持测试版内核，只好删掉 yes, nvidia is not open source, otherwise will have one supprot it soon. i believe nvidia is developing the 2.6 kernel driver base on 2.5 code. once 2.6 is out, they will release their driver. 那真是见鬼了。
