请教NVIDIA GF7100GS显卡驱动安装问题

小弟第一次使用RedHat Liunux 9,系统安装后，安装了NVIDIA-Linux-x86-173.08-pkg1.run显卡驱动，安装完无法进入Xwindow

安装命令：sh /mnt/vfat/linux/NVIDIA-Linux-x86-173.08-pkg1.run

安装无报错，安装完后startx,出现如下报错：
NVIDIA:could not open the device file /dev/nvidia0 (Input/output error)
(EE)NVIDIA(0):Failed to initialize the NVIDIA graphics device PCI:1:0:0
(EE)NVIDIA(0)：Please see the COMMOM PROBLEMS section in the README for additional information
(EE)NVIDIA(0):Failed to initialize the NVIDIA graphics device!
(EE)Screen(s) found, but none have a usable configuration

Fatal server eeor:
no screens found

是什么原因，如何解决，请各位大侠指点，非常感谢！！！

安装完重新启动了吗？
还有真的没有错误提示么？
另外显卡驱动是否真的支持你的显卡？

刚看见，原来是 RH9 ……
貌似这个驱动不支持 RH9 的内核了吧？
你可以升级系统了
