1. Be a technical leader with team size of more than 5

3. Independently solve technical issues and direct junior engineer

5. Quality management with bug control and assignment
Requirement:
1. 3+ years of embedded software development experience with C/C++ language
2. 1+ year experience in DTV or related company such like STB, Decode/Encode etc.
3. 1+ year experience with one of the following platform Linux, Itron, Palm, Vxworks, etc
4. Experience with leading junior member will be a plus
5. Fluent Japanese
6. BS in EE, CS, Math with 5+ years or Master with 3+ years
