Job Requirements:
3-10 years software development experience in embedded software development in three or more of the following areas
Low level driver or firmware development such as BIOS or boot code
BSP development
Device drivers for a wide range of devices such as SCSI, PCI, Ethernet, USB
Virtualization software and Hypervisors
The ability to read and understand programmer’s reference manuals for hardware devices is a must.
Intimate knowledge (including assembly language) of modern CPU architecture with the ability to extend that knowledge to other CPUs (PowerPC, ARM, and/or Intel Architecture)
Good C programming skills.
Good communication skills, and ability to collaborate verbally with remote English-speaking teams (phone/WebEx, etc)
Good Python programming skills are preferred.
ESL modeling experience is a plus.
BSCS, BSCE, BSEE, or equivalent
