感谢linuxsir的网友提供了方法, 使我把chinput运行起来了

方法有两种:
一是在i18n里,把locale改为zh_CN.GB2312，
一是修改/usr/lib/ZWinPro/Chinput.ad将
chinput.gblocale = zh_CN.GB2312
修改为：
chinput.gblocale = zh_CN
