成功编译内核后，rebooth后进入系统用 uname -a 看怎么还是原来的版本号 ？？

after compiling. do u install it? do u modify u lilo.conf or grub.conf? check other posts to see how to install if need.

还要执行一下lilo更新一下引导区

yes, if that run succ. then reboot u linux, and press tab key when show lilo and choose the right one. or u can change the default in lilo.conf. or u can run lilo -D xxx. xxx is u new entry name.

i do not know what '?' means. i know u should place a code there or 'ask' to show choice.
