不能编译

下载下来的 源码   比如apache_1.3.26.tar.gz
tar 开了以后
./configure --prefix=/usr/bin
编译的时候，总是提示

似乎是gcc没有安装，难道rh9.0没有带吗？还是我哪里弄错了，谢谢大家

在安装rh时把开发包也装上
要么在软件包管理中再添加
