现在搞到一块网卡，如何安装？

Red Hat 7.2's default kernel 2.4.7 and updated kernel 2.4.9-31 has support for your chipset.You should try
#modprobe ne2k-pci

nothing needs to be done with kernel. just try "modprobe ne2k-pci"

or add a line "alias eth0 ne2k-pci" in /etc/modules.conf if you want to
load the module automatically at system boot time.

RTL8029 is wery well surpported since RH 6 (kernel 2.2.x).
