请各位发新贴子时，题目要切中主题

最近一段时间，很多兄弟在发新贴子时，题目不能说明要表达的中心内容，这样既不方便检索，又不方便浏览者在浏览的时候，准确快速地找到自己感兴趣的话题。

鉴于多种原因，所以我提议以后所有发新贴子的兄弟，题目要能说明主题，最好不要用一些感叹句，或者一些十分通用的语句，如“一个提议”，“出毛病了”什么的。

希望大家可以为本版的方便和高效做出自己的一份力量，谢谢大家！
