我的机器：P41.7 CPU   512MDDR内存   80G硬盘Intel845主板
我的显卡NVIDIA GeForce2 DDR 64M，15"杂牌液晶显示器。
Mandrake9.1 NVIDIA_kernel-1.0-4191.src.rpm和NVIDIA_GLX-1.0-4191.src.rpm驱动，到底怎么回事呢？请板主告知。

没有，我只是设置了/etc/pam.d/su使之不能所有用户su成root，因为我那台机器是公司的文件服务器，开了几组用户，各用各自的磁盘空间。 今天挂不了/var/log/XFree86.0.log了，因为公司的路由器有问题，那边看不见了，明天吧。先谢谢你。

That's because you are using the official "nvidia" driver.Maybe for the first few times, you system admin had the generic "nv" driver, which uses "dri" extensions, installed.Later on, he decided to use "nvidia" instead.
