help!编译内核问题

我新编译一个内核在启动的时候出现如下：
Booting 'Red hat linux (7.5.75)'
root (hd0,5)
Filesystem tyke is ext2fs , partition type 0X83
kernel /vmlinz-2.5.75 ro root =/dev/hda6 hdd=ide-sisi

Uncompressing linux ........Ok, booting the kernel
就不动拉，请问是什么地方出错拉 ？
