你这两行好像有点冲突，要越小越快你就不该用konsole...

XFCEcvs用的是Terminal ，估计4.2会集成该terminal ,和gnome-terminal 非常相似，比之快，听说是全新开发出来的，项目主页在这里，Terminal 0.19http://www.os-cillation.com/article.php?sid=40

XFCE Terminal still depends on GTK and vte libraries, hoho. It may be more lightweight than gnome-terminal, but there is not a fundmental difference between it and gnome-terminal. Have you tried mrxvt (http://materm.sourceforge.net)? It does not depend on any GTK/QT libraries. :-)
