i can't install ML

when i want to install ML1.1f, i notice"can't find ps/2 or usb mouse". but my usb mouse is work fine on MS sys. and then i want to install ml 1.2 pre6. but just start check system, it stop at that:
check
hda


i wait a lot of time, but it don't go on install. how can i do?

1.2pre6安装是有点问题，我安装了后grub无法引导，现在用1.1final了。

鼠标的问题别人来答吧，我的是P/S的接口，选择Microsoft I****的就行了

拔下鼠标试试看，装完系统以后插上去。
