apache问题

我在RH9。0下安装了最新的apache
安装在/var/local/httpd下!
安装RH9。0时已有一个httpd。
我启动/var/local/httpd/下的httpd时,出现如下提示:
httpd: Could not determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 10.13.3.19 for ServerName

但是还能用，

启动系统自带的httpd，却没用上面的提示>

另外怎样同时运行两个httpd啊?
