asus p4c800-E onboard lan card

asus p4c800-E onboard lan card cannot be detected.

I have win 2003 installed.
and using vmware 4.5 to install guest OS , red hat 9.

everything works fine, except my onboard lan card doesn't work.Just wondering how to fix it.
