安装kernel-ntfs后无法挂载ntfs分区

根据坛子上文章下载kernel-ntfs-2.4.20-8smp.i686.rpm，但我这个有版本号后有个smp，别人说的是同一个网站但是没有这个smp。我rpm -ivh kernel-ntfs-2.4.20-8smp.i686.rpm后，做如下操作：

# mount -t ntfs -o iocharset=gb2312 /dev/hda5 /mnt/d
mount: fs type ntfs not supported by kernel
# rpm -qa|grep kernel
kernel-pcmcia-cs-3.1.31-13
kernel-2.4.20-8
kernel-ntfs-2.4.20-8
#



请高手解答。

You should install the exact rpm which matches your CPU and kernel.
Please visit the home page of kernel-ntfs and download the right package.

thanks.i have downloaded the rpm package for my kernel,it is kernel-ntfs-2.4.20-8.i686.rpm,but not the kernel-ntfs-2.4.20-8smp.i686,and then it is successful.
