现在还有一些不好用的地方

比如我居然找不到如何编辑屏幕下边的ibar图标的链接

另外e17有自己论坛的

在enlightenment.org上面有入口

图标和菜单的问题搞定了

但是现在遇到新的问题了

都要慢慢解决

1.没有taskbar，最小化的软件非要用鼠标菜单才找得出来。哪个engage确实不好用。还要配置很多东西

2.字体问题，firefox的菜单字体小的可怜，我明明设置了gtk2的字体了，但是好象没用。

反正问题确实多多啊

不过太好看了

你试过在e17用engage？我启动以后没有透明，阴影也有错误

engage确实是难题

可以通过

enlightenment_remote -module-load /usr/lib/.........../engage.so（目录我记不到了，单位是win）

把engage加入module，然后通过module菜单的enable打开这个module

接下来打开一个软件，最小化它，会看到engage工作了

但是engage很很小，只有2到3个象素那么大，然后就进入module的edit方式，把engage的窗口弄大一点

engage倒是好用

可是下一次启动e17，enageg总是保持它2到3个象素的大小

菜单和标题栏的中文我觉得应该从theme下手，可是我现在还没有来得及弄

另外evidence这个e的file manager也不支持中文

反正大家要考虑的还很多啊

不过相信楼上两位也安装了e17了

不妨贴图出来我们看看

menu应该是字体配置不对

看看~/目录下有没有enlightenment的目录

然后修改一下资源

不知道现在enlightenment使用的资源是从哪里读的



从e的论坛上看到的 看来修改字体还比较麻烦

Hey,

I was wondering how can I edit .cfg files in ~/.e/e/config/ as they are binary files and can not be edited with text editor. Searching for info about it was not very successful so far.

I assume these files hold configuration info for enlightenment and it's modules. Specifically in this case I want to change parameters of how engage module icons zoom and bg transparency level.

Your help is appreciated.

if an option can be changed it shold be changable through the ui. If the engage module dosen't present those at the moment, its probably not configurable yet.

修改E字体的办法
默认的字体没有中文 所以需要修改成有中文字体才能显示

raster the theme will specify a font
raster the default uses vera.ttf
vrln the file you'll need to edit is default.edc
vrln before recompiling it
raster basically edit default.edc

enlightment这么漂亮，用起来会不会很慢阿？

用起来比gnome 和 kde快很多

可是为什么呢，界面华丽速度又快，那有啥缺点没有?

缺点就是现在还是cvs版本，而且发展非常慢

要知道从e0.16版本发展到0.17版本

等了5年啊  5年啊

还没有一个正式版
