[求助]关于系统启动的问题

我的电脑一周多没有关机，也没有碰过，今天去看时，想退出屏保，没有反应，我就直接通过Power按钮重启动后就变成这个样子了，

该怎么处理啊

电脑是Dell的，系统是Red Hat Linux (2.4.18 - 3smp)

如果可以，再手动运行fsck查一下linux文件系统。
