怀疑USB猫驱动不支持RFC2516模块，怎么办？

我用的是conexant E-tech USB 猫。
从windows上的设置面版截的图：

可以看到信道封装模式是PPPOE LLCSNAP(RFC2516)。
驱动方面我差不多已经搞定，到最后一点fatal了：[code:1]bash-3.00# cxstart.sh

I found ADSL modem with VendorID = 0572 & ProductID = cb00

在考虑去哪找一个RFC2516　module 装上看看……

ifconfig后已经能看到nas0，。配置好pppoe-setup后，键入pppoe-start命令，直接发生kernel panic死机……

试了用Kppp,先ln /dev/modem /dev/nas0然后在kppp里设置好，提示“unable to create modem lock file”……
