求个debian unstable的更新源

自己的机器，装了debian testing
想着自己不做服务器，也没什么重要东西，主要是为了学习
于是想换成unstable的更新源

原来是在坛子里抄的testing的源，具体为什么那么写自己不明白
现在求个国内网通速度好的unstable的源

希望有具体写法，我拷贝到sources.list里就可以了
