nand flash启动u-boot加载linux时失败

我按照此文方法尝试用NAND Flash加载u-boot并启动Linux，但在u-boot中执行
nand read 0x30008000 0x100000 0xC13B0
这句时出现
NAND read: device 0 offset 1048576, size 791472 ...
0 bytes read: ERROR
调试多时无解，望高手指点
