如何调整mozilla的字体

安装MagicLinux后发现自带的浏览器不能访问一些论坛。所以下载了一个mozilla，但是mozilla默认字体看了不舒服，所以想进行调整。

问题
1、能否让mozilla使用MagicLinux的字体库，如何使用。
2、MagicLinux的字体库在哪里

我发现ML下truetype字体(/usr/share/fonts文件夹下)的fonts.dir配置不全，像simsun这些字体都没有注册进去。可以使用mkfontscale和mkfontdir这两个命令重新生成fonts.dir和fonts.scale这两个文件。然后就可以在mozilla中选择simsun字体了。

另外，mozilla外观的字体是在/etc/gtk文件夹中设置的，找到gtkrc.zh_CN这个文件，将里面的字体设置修改一下，下面是我的gtkrc.zh_CN文件，这里贴出来参考一下：

发现ML1.2pre6中只要把mozilla字体设置成中文。然后把字体大小调到14就正常显示中文了。

ML1.2pre6,,能自动加载合适的中文(mozilla)。但是字体大小要调到14才行，不然中文显示还是不清晰。
默认中文字体配置(mozilla)只有宋体和仿宋体可以选择。
有没有办法让字体小一点也能让中文显示正常呢。

使用xft版的，不要用普通版。

我把Magic的fonts.conf用在我的gentoo里，效果非常好。
就是在mozilla里浏览有些网页会有缺字的现象。
把鼠标在缺字的地方点几下又好了。
把英文换成Bitstream Vera Sans倒没事。

左边是konqueror，右边是mozilla。
fontconfig和xft打了firefly的补丁。
我不大会改fonts.conf，请问一下怎么解决？

原来Mozilla 有兩個版本，一為普通的X11core 版，另一為運用freetype2
作平滑字型顯示的Xft 版本．一直没注意．呵呵

因为magic默认使用xft+xtt（有些版本只用了xft）字体显示技术，没有启动xfree自带的xfs服务器，因此使用x11core版本会导致字体很难看。

樱家冢真是高手呀。果然换个xft版本的firefox，字体马上变得非常漂亮
发现红旗linux4.0刚好相反：用xtf版本的firefox的话，中文还可以，英文变得模糊不清了;而使用普通版firefox中英文显示都正常。

那您的意思是magic只要启动“xfree自带的xfs服务器”的话。那用普通版的firefox也能完美的显示中文吗？

严重建议你是用xft+gtk2版本，字体效果好，粗、斜体都没问题（当然是在ML下面）。
