求教apache跑不起来的问题，各位大虾帮帮忙好吗？

小弟在redhat8上安装完apache2.0.54后运行时提示：
could not determine the server's fully qualified domain name
using 63.101.245.10 for servername

于是改/usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf,添加
ServerName www.soeltd.com:80

再运行，提示：
Address already in use:make-sock:could not bind to address
0.0.0.0:80 no listening sockets available,shutting down

这下没辙了，您能指点一下吗？

（注：网络已经通了，已经能ping www.soeltd.com/61.142.19.131了，我的主机名是随便起的，叫ws,ip是61.142.19.131,在新网做的域名解析，域名是soeltd.com,我只装了apach,其它什么都没装就是apache跑不起来）

显示上面这个跟你的apache 有没有跑起来没有直接关系的，不说明你的apache 没跑起来
