高手急救~~!MDK9.1的chinput无法正常卸载!!!

出现下面这些：
[beetle@localhost beetle]$ rpm -e chinput
error: cannot open Packages index using db3 - Operation not permitted (1)
error: cannot open /var/lib/rpm/packages.rpm
不知是怎么一回事，我想可能是rpm有问题。

先用su切换到root再卸载。
