Successful candidate will be working on Carrier Grade Linux(CGL) project, responsible for developing and validating Linux kernel drivers and modules in various fields, including RAS features, clustering and security. Candidate is expected to work in open source. * BS/MS/Ph.D in Computer Science
* At least 2 years Linux and open source development experience
* Familiar with C/C++ and Java, as well as common script languages
* Linux kernel development knowledge and experience is a must
* Knows about hardware architecture (x86/xScale/IA64)
* Knowledge and experience in security and/or clustering is a plus
* Good English communication ability

hehe.phd就是中国的博士学位,这个单词是哲学博士的英文缩写.

这个词的来源是说当学问做多了,做深了,其实就不是研究技术本身,而是上升到了哲学的高度,正所谓哲学是聪明之学,哲学可以指导科学实践,有道理呀!

这是我的理解,不对之处,还请dragonfly指教.
