problem about chinese input

i chose English as default language when i installed redhat 8.0.
so i don't have chinput. i installed gWuBi. but when i run it, there is a warning: Your locale (en_US.UTF-8 ) may be not set to Chinese, I may not work properly!
this is my locale information below, how to modify it so that i can use gWuBi?
