Under Linux:
For examples, hda1 is your Windows disk, U created a directory called "c" under /mnt:
1. mount -av -o isochartset=cp396 /dev/hda1 /mnt/c
2, cd /mnt/c,
3. use your files for Windows

Under Windows:
1. Search Explore-ext2,
2. install it, and your can view and use the linux disk.
