I found it's kernel src had acpi/
so i try to enable acpi
and stand kernel up to 2.4.21 do not use in ml1.1
it's kudzu does not suport stand kernel
so ........

ACPI is not fully support in 2.4.21, if you want to use it please try 2.6, which i think is much better.
