求救wine ~!~!

我在RedHad9.0安装了wine的wine-20031118-1rh9winehq.rpm版本, 安装没有问题,但是不知道怎么配置. 在root下运行wine 出现错误:

我的机器是毒龙的,在window系统下有C D E G 盘(F盘是以前划出来装了linux了)
我该怎么配置呢? 应该修改什么文件呢?
此外怎么样才能运行winesetup 呢?

不应该以root身份来运行wine！！！
