请帮帮我。我快受不了了，5天来一直在装在配，郁闷啊好像胸口有一块大石头压着。请帮我看看下面我运行mplayer,她就

首先你安装的时候可能没有选择X11的GUI形式。。。
具体命令为 ./configure --enable-gui
make
make install

另外：
font: can't open file: /root/.mplayer/font/font.desc
font: can't open file: /usr/local/share/mplayer/font/font.desc
显示的错误表明，你应该复制安装文件夹里的font.desc到指定目录，随便哪个都行

那么你用./configure 的时候有没有加上“--enable-gui” 选相呢？
要是加了的话，在你的gnome里面运行“gmplayer”就可以看图象了（注：不是mplayer）,有的edition在KDE下面会有冲突（可以用kmplayer，需要另外下载）

mplayer.conf文件存在几个地方，分别是：
~/.mplayer/mplayer.conf
/root/.mplayer/mplayer.conf
/usr/local/etc/mplayer/mplayer.conf
应用的时候，保持编译后其他目录下的mplayer.conf与的系统默认路径的mplayer.conf同步更新.

难道那个0.9.1是个rpm的升级包？？？
用 -Uhv + --nodeps --force 试试！
