如何能将grub重新弄回mbr

由于windows崩溃 重装系统，mbr被覆盖。如何能将grub重新弄回mbr?
ps:用软驱引导太麻烦，我也没卖软驱，每次得借同学的，求大侠帮忙！！感激不尽！

应该是从dos启动进入linux，然后运行grub-install  /dev/hdx，x代表的你linux所在的硬盘。应该是a b c d，中的一个吧
