problem report: can't download

all software of this site cant be downloaded.
I am from Canada. SK. What's the matter?
Everytime I try to download the software, it replys:

Not Found
The requested URL /linuxcn/soft/teach/jiaocheng.rar was not found on this server.

Apache/1.3.29 Server at www.ntjx.org Port 80

I think it is network problem, for I can download all of softwares. I live in China.
