Problem about xmms............

Toooo Fast !!!!!
It's just less than 5 second to play a 6.4M mp3 file and then finish, and cannot hear any sound.
The problem still appear when xmms play .wma or .ogg file.
*I've install the mp3 plug-in: xmms xmms-mp3-1.2.10-1.1.fr.i386.rpm
