应该跟交叉编译器没有关系，我想是不是configure文件中的宏没有定义，但我是新手，现在还没有找到解结的办法。如果你有什么心得。望不惜赐教！

你的问题解决了吗？我换成win2000可是还是出现原来的问题，而且我还下载了cygwin-1.5.15最新版本的，解压的是skyeye-0.8.8.5.tar..bz2,可是还是不行，应该也不是configure文件的问题，会不会是机子配置的问题？？真的有点灰心了，搞了一个月，还是一点进展都没有，哎

SkyEye0.9.5发布。我们在cygwin-1.5.15-1完全安装环境下测试通过。
主要是让SkyEye0.9.4可以在cygwin/windows上运行。skyeye的命令行方式运行很正常，但IDE方式有些问题。
