在skyeye上运行uclinux(2.6内核）的问题

我编译了uclinux，使用的内核是2.6.9,编译内核时kenel的参数设置为默认
使用skyeye启动时，说无法找到/dev/ram,不能挂载文件系统
如果skyeye不认/dev/ram,那在内核启动参数里root应该选择什么设备呢？？
