关于安装gcc时的问题

我下载了gcc-3.4.3和gcc-3.4.0，我尝试了这两个，在配置的时候都出现问题，请问是怎么回事，配置时的提示如下：
[root@localhost gcc-build]# /home/test/gcc-3.4.0/configure --prefix=/usr/local/gcc-3.4.0 --enable-threads=posix --disable-checking --enable--long-long --host=i386-redhat-linux --with-system-zlib --enable-languages=c,c++,java

另外make的时候后面有什么参数吗？应该make哪个文件呢？
