how to restart IIIMF service?

I use FC3.

I deleted the IIIMF service from starting table.

And then, when I restarted the system,

I can not input chinese.

and these tow programs are out of response .

后看一些帖子的介绍说要删除IIIMF服务，才关了该服务。

现在，IIIMF服务不能再次启动，会使那两个程序失去响应。

现在想在终端下再次启动该服务。
