软件装不上?

我今天仔细看了一下我安装软件时出现的提示,其中的有下面的信息

我看到里面的信息觉得有些工具没有装,但不知道是哪些

对了我还发现一个问题,我的软件包管理器不能打开,在开始菜单里选择package,出现一个配置进度条之后就没有了,这是怎么回事?

很多库文件没用啊,开发工具都装上了吗?
